Tai Chi at the Allen Center - 2012 Day 253

Four fiddled in for a 22 minute called set today. Following the bare-hands portion, all four went through at least some portion of a 5 minute sword form. There were no questions on either set.

In the evening sword class, we reviewed the Chop, Seat, Circle, Seat exercise along with the various grips one might use on the sword. We then reviewed Prepare, Opening, Three Rings Circle the Moon, and Big Dipper. We then added Swallow Swoops Over the Water and Block and Sweep (both sides). I showed them Little Dipper, but will cover that in detail next time.
