Tai Chi at the Allen Center - 2012 Day 88

One in HEC 110 for 15.

Meanwhile near Detroit, MI, I spent the entire day working on the sword form. Wow! Tons of information and this went so much better than the last time I studied the sword with Grand Master Yang Jun. I am attempting to consume and digest the data and will obviously present it to my sword students once that process is further along.

Tai Chi at the Allen Center - 2012 Day 87

Two for a 12 minute set.

Meanwhile near Detroit, MI, I spent the morning in a Push-Hands seminar with Grand Master Yang Jun. We learned some very interesting stuff. The primary focus was using the waist as a whip (front-back) as opposed to the turning of the waist. It's not that you do one or the other; you do both at the same time to maximize energetic output. ;-)
