T'ai Chi at the Allen Center - 2010 Day 122

Six gathered for a 27 minute set this morning. - I screwed up the Punch Down by doing a standard Brush Knee. *sigh* Oh well. Humility is endless. The breathing felt inconsistent, too, but that comes (in part) from trying to match pace with others. No questions today.
