T'ai Chi at the Allen Center - 2010 Day 113

Five gathered for a 30 minute set this morning. "Earl" rejoined us and had breathing questions after the set regarding transitional arm break (addendum). Post questions, Chad and I played at push-hands for about 20 minutes. It was very nice. I look forward to more soon.
