T'ai Chi at the Allen Center - 2010 Day 100

Five gathered in HEC 110 today for a 37 minute form but only four finished. After the set, there was a question on Part the Wild Horse's Mane and the timing of the hands in Turn and Sweep Lotus. Once the Q&A session was done, Charlie and I staid to practice a little staff and a little push-hands with the staff. Quite enjoyable and educational.
