T'ai Chi at the Allen Center - 2010 Day 27
Four gathered this flurried morning for a pleasant 37 minute form and then lots of questions, most of which I felt like I could answer. It took me a while to remember the exact degrees of the feet for part the wild horses mane, but it did return. I kept thinking it was 22.5 degrees, but that's the half way mark. The feet are at 25 less than west for the back foot and 20 more than west for the front. This allows for the 5 degree change in the front foot which becomes the back for the next instance of the position. There were also questions on turn and chop (angling of the fist) and the breathing of diagonal flying. It got a little nit-picky in places, but that's okay. It helps make sure I know what I'm talking about. ;-)
