Tai Chi at the Allen Center - 2013 Day 180

Five flopped back into the Allen Center for a 25 (ish) minute called set. Following the set, I made comments on the transition out of Snake Creeps Down, the movement in Press vs. Push, a reminder to keep the head level and balanced on the spine, and a reminder to avoid altering the height of the lower Dan Tien when changing stances.

After the 103, three remained for a rapid run at the saber.
