T'ai Chi at the Allen Center - 2010 Day 208
Two gathered this morning for a quick 11 minute set. The rest of the time was spent introducing concepts to Charlie imparted at the conference. Much of what I brought back seems very applicable. Both of us will be working on the changes for some time to come.
